Returns & Exchanges

John Elliott accepts returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of the delivery date, provided items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select your preferred return method to generate a pre-paid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the pre-paid label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
